Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Ringisai is an entrepreneur, visionary leader, strategist and philanthropist. He is the founder and CEO of Probfix, a diversified investment group with a portfolio spanning financial services, with a primary focus on microfinance, real estate, insurance and wealth management. He has over a decade of financial services experience in bank treasury management at executive level, wealth management, risk management, microfinance, and start-up growth. He is passionate about making an impact in society through entrepreneurship, financial inclusion and philanthropy. He has received four business awards: the 2024 40 Under 40 Most Influential Young Business Leader in Zimbabwe award from ICDZ, the Most Youth Friendly Microfinance of the Year Runner Up from ZAMFI at its 6th national awards in 2024, Top 40 Under 40 CEO from CEOArt, and the 2026 National Business Titan Platinum Winner from the Zim CEO Network. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Fiscal Studies and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from NUST, Zimbabwe, an MSc in Finance and Investments from UZ, a Bankers Diploma from IOBZ and a Real Estate Diploma from EACZ.

Emmanuel Musemburwa is a seasoned financial services executive with over 13 years of extensive experience in microfinance, lending, business development, and strategic leadership. As the General Manager, he is responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy, strengthening operational excellence, enhancing portfolio quality, and delivering sustainable value to clients and stakeholders. He holds a Master of Finance degree from Great Zimbabwe University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from Midlands State University. Emmanuel has a strong background in credit management, risk assessment, business development, and organizational performance improvement. Throughout his career he has successfully led initiatives focused on expanding loan portfolios, improving credit processes, developing innovative financial products, and building high-performing teams. Emmanuel is passionate about promoting financial inclusion by providing accessible and responsible financial solutions that empower individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses to achieve their goals. He believes in a customer-centric approach founded on integrity, professionalism, innovation, and sound corporate governance. His leadership focuses on fostering a culture of accountability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement while ensuring the organization remains responsive to the evolving needs of the market.

Tatenda is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a diverse professional background spanning external and internal audit, risk management, and corporate governance. Having honed his expertise across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Construction, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), he brings a comprehensive understanding of operational efficiency and financial integrity to the Probfix Holdings group. By leveraging data-driven insights and strong compliance frameworks, he aims to transform risk management into a strategic tool for value creation. He is dedicated to building robust financial systems that empower businesses to navigate evolving market landscapes with confidence.

Farai Chishiri is an accomplished financial services executive with over 20 years of experience across insurance, banking, investment management, and corporate finance. She brings expertise in strategy execution, governance, operational excellence, and business transformation. Currently serving as Service Assurance Executive at Zimnat Life Assurance, Farai provides strategic leadership in service delivery and operational performance. Her strong governance credentials, deep industry experience, and proven track record in driving organisational improvement enable her to provide effective board-level oversight while contributing to sustainable business growth and value creation. Finance Manager — MBA, Bcom (Hons) Accountancy
Tinashe Sitole is an experienced finance professional with over a decade of expertise in financial services, accounting, and corporate finance. He is currently the Finance Manager at Export Credit Guarantee Corporation (Pvt) Ltd. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Zimbabwe and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree in Accountancy from Chinhoyi University of Technology. He is a member of the Chartered Governance and Accountancy Institute and holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Short-Term Insurance. He has extensive experience in financial reporting and corporate governance, having led key initiatives including accounting system transformation and strengthening of internal controls.
Credit & Asset Finance Specialist — MSc Finance
Prosper Gozho has over fourteen years of banking experience in Credit, Corporate, SME banking, and Vehicle & Asset Financing. He has extensive hands-on experience in the marketing of banking products, loan origination, loan portfolio management, credit risk management, collections, recoveries and relationship management. He is also involved in the renewable energy sector, focusing on solar energy. Prosper holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours (University of Zimbabwe), an MSc in Finance and Investments (NUST, Zimbabwe), a certificate in Bank Credit Management from Damelin (SA), and he completed the Foundation Leadership Development Program with the Gordon Institute of Business Studies (SA).
Sales & Marketing Executive — MBA, Bcom Marketing
Sharon R. Vambe-Rugonye (MBA, Bcom Marketing) is a proficient and dynamic professional with a demonstrable record of achievements, possessing over 18 years of sales and marketing experience in the telecoms services sector, 3 years in the financial services sector and 6 years in the agriculture sector in Zimbabwe. She strives to evolve as a high-impact sales and marketing individual, offering a diverse track record in building brands, brand recognition and sales momentum for corporate communication, business solutions and e-business solutions. She develops transformational and strategic solutions by leveraging market research, industry analysis and customer insights that anticipate and counter competitor actions, build customer loyalty and brand positioning for market-share leadership and dominance. She is also a proud mum of four beautiful children.
Human Resources Practitioner — Bcom (Hons) HRM
Mrs. Runyowa is an HR practitioner with experience in manufacturing, retail, financial services and property markets. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Human Resources Management from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). She also holds a diploma in Human Resource Development and a certificate in Labour Law from the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ), and a Real Estate Diploma from EACZ.
Principal Registered Estate Agent (Reg 1097)
Jabulani Chigaramasimbe is a motivated, result-oriented and investor-focused real estate professional with over 7 years of practical experience in the property business. His aim has always been to assist esteemed clients so that buying or selling property becomes exciting and not overwhelming. He helps individuals, families, investors and corporates make informed, profitable property decisions in a transparent, honest and professional manner.
